This concept
for this bass was conceived by Neville Whitehead in 1991 and was realized in
creation in 2006.
This bass is the first of it's kind designed for modern players and modern pitch
requirements.
The Sol is very responsive to both pizzicato and arco playing . This instrument
speaks very quickly and can be
well adapted to playing period music.
